What the Agency Should Provide
Provide the agency or DMC identity, authorized contact, passenger profile, complete daily itinerary, hotels, attraction reservations, luggage expectations and procedure for itinerary changes. Multi-day trips also require enough lead time to review operating and overnight requirements.
Building a Reliable Supplier Relationship
A clear division of responsibilities helps protect the traveler experience. The agreement should establish who communicates with the client, who approves schedule revisions and who supplies final onsite contacts. UniSky will not invent inclusions, vehicle capacity or local availability that has not been confirmed.
