Hotel, crew parking and base camp shuttle service
A production request may include a hotel-to-location transfer, a crew parking-to-base camp movement or scheduled waves between base camp and set. Identify the exact entrance at each end. A street address alone does not establish whether a full-size coach can load, turn or wait there.
For each movement, provide the passenger group, headcount, coach report time, departure deadline and required arrival. Tell us if passengers need additional time for security, wardrobe, check-in or a walk from the approved drop-off.
Call times, company moves and return after wrap
Separate department calls when they require different departures. One coach can only return for another wave if the full loading, travel, unloading and return cycle fits the schedule. A 33-seat cabin does not make the vehicle a minibus: it remains a full-size H3-45 coach, so narrow approaches and restricted staging areas need review.
For a company move, supply the next location, access contact, passenger count and arrival target as a separate movement. For wrap, distinguish a fixed departure from an estimated release window. Agree who can authorize a change, whether the coach waits or returns later, and how revised hours will be approved. Additional availability is not automatic.
A 33-seat coach for defined cast and crew groups

List bags and proposed equipment separately. Storage fit, item handling and access must be reviewed before confirmation. Specialized production cargo and individual talent transport should be arranged separately unless expressly agreed.
Multi-day shoots and recurring production transportation
For several shoot days, send a daily movement sheet instead of assuming the first day’s timetable repeats. Mark early calls, split calls, location changes, meal-related movements and the expected final release. A designated production contact should maintain the current schedule and communicate approved changes.
