Production transportation has to follow the working schedule of the crew. UniSky Express provides private coach transportation for cast, crew, background groups and production teams moving between hotels, crew parking, base camp and filming locations in Los Angeles.

Base Camp-to-Set Shuttle Planning
A base camp movement should identify where the coach can load, which passengers are assigned, the set entrance and the arrival deadline. Restricted locations may require a separate staging point or a planned walk from the drop-off area.
When more than one movement is required, the schedule should define each passenger wave instead of relying on an informal continuous loop.
Call Time and Wrap Transportation
Pickup time should be calculated backward from the required on-set arrival, including boarding and traffic. Split department calls should be provided as separate movements when they require different departures.
Wrap is often less predictable. The transportation request should explain whether the group will leave together or use planned return windows, and who has authority to release the coach.
Hotels, Crew Parking and Company Moves
Transportation can be reviewed between hotels, crew parking areas, base camp and scheduled company-move destinations. Every location must be checked for full-size coach access.
Passenger count and equipment expectations should be confirmed. The coach provides underfloor luggage space, but production equipment requirements should never be assumed without discussion.
